What's the Right Fit??

Hey girls! Yes, this one is for the girls today. I had a viewer on my channel message me about the turmoil she was having in finding the proper fit for a bra, so I thought I'd help her out.

How to find the right bra size for you:

You will need:
   - a tape measure

1. Wear a bra that fits you best, or don't wear a bra, just a well fitted tank (in which case you will be leaning over, with you torso parallel to the floor to take your measurements).

2. With your tape measure, measure the fullest part of your bust. This is the bust measurement. If your measurement is odd, or in between whole numbers (i.e. 33.5in) round up.

3. Next, measure the area right under your bust. This is your band size

4. Now substract the band size from the bust measurement. The difference is your cup size.

1 in : A cup
2 in: B cup
3 in: C cup
etc...

i.e. 36-34= 2. Meaning, your size would be 36B
The bust size and your cup size is the right bra for you.

However, there are other things to consider. Your cup size is proportional to you bust measurement. So a good thing to try if your calculated measurements don't fit perfectly is try a "sister size". If your measured size was 36B try going up a cup size, or down two inches (i.e. 34B or 36C).

Hope this helps! I even made a short video to help you out.

Loves,
   Jessica Ashley
